Hulk Hogan’s Daughter, Brooke, Secretly Marries NHL Player

Brooke Hogan, the daughter of professional wrestler Hulk Hogan, got hitched in a secret wedding to NHL player Steven Oleksy.

The 35-year-old television personality said ‘I do’ to Olesky on June 8, 2022, in a private ceremony in Orlando, FL — but it’s not until now that the news got out!

Somehow, the couple kept their marriage a secret for over a year, but it seems the two are still happy as can be.

The first photo of Brooke and Steven has been revealed over one year after the secret wedding, and Brooke Hogan looks absolutely stunning in white.

In the black and white snap, Brooke is wearing a hip-hugging wedding dress, which features spaghetti straps and a low-cut V-neck. She is holding a bouquet of flowers in one hand, as her other hand is linked to her new husband’s hand. She opted for an elegant up-do, as her long veil trailed behind her.

Steven opted for an all-black suit.

The ceremony was minimal as it is reported that the only two at the ceremony were, well, the two of them.

However, earlier this month, Brooke and Steven did hold a reception in Michigan with the NHL player’s side of the family. Steven is a defenseman who has played for the Washington Capitals and Pittsburgh Penguins in the NHL.

It is unclear when Brooke and Steven first began dating, but nevertheless, congratulations to the happy couple!

Before marrying Steven Oleksy, Brooke Hogan was engaged to NFL star Phil Costa (in 2013), however, they split five months later. Following her broken-off engagement, she took a bit of a break and went into hiatus. She then made a comeback by competing on MTV’s ‘Champs Vs. Stars.’

At the time, she admitted, “I didn’t realize that there was so much. I didn’t realize the politics, like the game of mental chess that you had to play, and that’s really what I wasn’t prepared for.”

“I came in thinking, ‘All right, so my personal background in TV, I’m gonna make it a positive experience. I’m gonna have fun, and this is gonna be like my bucket list thing that I’m crossing off,” she told US Weekly in 2018.

Brooke Hogan Distances Herself From The Family

As you may know, Brooke Hogan is the daughter of wrestling legend Hulk Hogan and his first wife, Linda Hogan.

The 70-year-old has been married twice since his first marriage, with his latest being in September when he said “I do” to Sky Daily, however, Brooke decided not to attend the ceremony as she need to put her mental health first.

“As we all experience this with our own families, the dynamics of a family unit continuously change over the years,” Brooke wrote on Instagram earlier this year. “With that being said, my family has experienced a LOT of change. With all of it happening in the public eye, I’ve had to learn how to best navigate those changes as they come, which has been difficult to say the least.”

She added, “For my own journey to healing and happiness, I have chosen to create some distance between myself and my family, and am focusing on people and things that heal my heart and align with my own personal beliefs, goals, and values. I wish him well.”
