Congratulations are in order for Halle Bailey and her boyfriend DDG, who have revealed they’ve welcomed their first child together. As The Shade Room previously reported, fans initially speculated that the pair were expecting in October.
At the time, Bailey and DDG were spotted walking in Santa Monica, California. However, it seemed that the singer had a protruding bump.
Months later, on December 26, 2023, the pair celebrated their second anniversary. At the time, fans continued speculating that the pair welcomed a child. However, neither Bailey nor DDG confirmed or denied the public’s sentiments.

Halle Bailey & DDG Reveal They’ve Welcomed A Child Together
On Saturday, January 6, Bailey took to Instagram to share a photo with fans. The picture featured an infant child’s hand with a gold bracelet that read, “Halo.”
Additionally, the photo seemed to show Bailey’s hand along with DDG’s hand holding the infant’s.
In the caption of the singer’s post, she explained that 2023 brought her “the greatest thing,” which is her son. Before she concluded her post, the 23-year-old even poked a little fun at social media’s interest in her newest family member.
“even though we’re a few days into the new year, the greatest thing that 2023 could have done for me, was bring me my son.. welcome to the world my halo 🥰👼🏽 ✨the world is desperate to know you 😉🤣♥️”
Around the same time, DDG also took to Instagram to share the same photo with his own caption. The rapper referred to Halo as his “biggest blessing by far.”
