What is Suriya 43’s title?
For his 43rd project, Suriya has joined hands with Sudha Kongara. The makers of the film have kept the plot details under wraps for a long time now, along with the much-anticipated title. Last year, the makers dropped an official announcement teaser and revealed the film’s cast. In the teaser, they also revealed the second part of the title is ‘Puranooru.’ A report by OTTplay has claimed that the upcoming movie is set in the period between 1950 to 1965 in Madurai. If the reports are to be believed, the upcoming film’s title could be either ‘1965 Puranooru’ or ‘Puranooru 1965.’ However, any official announcement has not been made yet.
Malayalam stars Dulquer Salmaan and Nazriya Fahadh and Bollywood actor Vijay Varma are playing key roles in the film. 2D Entertainment is bankrolling the movie.
On the work front, Suriya will be next seen in Kanguva in a never-seen-before avatar. Siva is directing the film, which is set to release this year.
