Larsa Pippen is ready to move on from the Miami penthouse where she’s been living since 2022.
As her relationship with boyfriend Marcus Jordan, 33, heats up, the Real Housewives of Miami cast member, 49, is said to be hunting for a new, larger home for her and Marcus as she prepares to unload the modern four-bedroom, five-bathroom condo that sits high above the streets of the Southern Florida city.
TMZ shared the news of Larsa’s real estate listing on January 8, noting that Seth Semilof of Haute Real Estate, Inc. holds the $4.199 million listing for the 3,312-square-foot condo, which can be purchased fully furnished.
Larsa purchased the penthouse, located at Paramount Miami World Center, in 2022 for $3.375 million, meaning she could be set up for a nice profit of $824,000 if she receives her full asking price.
Since moving into the home just under two years ago, Larsa has done some updates, including the addition of wallpaper and window blackouts.
The home has been seen on several episodes of RHOM.
The kitchen features a sleek, modern design with high-end appliances and a waterfall countertop on the island.
The penthouse’s high ceilings continue throughout the home and into the bedrooms, which have tons of natural light coming in.
In the master bathroom, a soaking tub is draped with windows and a glass-enclosed shower boasts intricate tiling.
An accent wall in the guest room features beige, printed wallpaper.
In the guest bath, a shower has a glass enclosure with an extra-lit vanity, dark cabinetry, and white countertops.
The home’s gym includes several pieces of equipment situated on a rubber floor.
The penthouse also has a large patio space.
In addition to the penthouse itself, whoever buys Larsa’s home will have access to the many amenities of the building, including its five pools, game room, boxing studio, gym, and recording studio.
As for Larsa and Marcus’ house hunt, TMZ said they have not yet found anything that interests them both.
The Real Housewives of Miami season six airs Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
