Ariana Madix paid a process server to deliver lawsuit docs to ex Tom Sandoval – outside the home they still share. She sued him last week, asking the court to force the sale of their house.
The Vanderpump Rules star also shared an update on her sandwich shop with Katie Maloney, and amid its never-ending failure to launch. The shine of Ariana’s anti-Sandoval fame is quickly fading as fans wonder if the store is just a merch grab.
Radar Online obtained the court docs showing that Ariana paid a process server to give Tom her lawsuit documents. The server delivered it on January 9, outside their L.A. house.
Tom hasn’t yet responded to the suit. The server waited for Tom, approached him, and forked over the documents. Now, Tom must respond to the suit in court within a couple of weeks.
In a recent interview, Ariana addressed another stalled storyline – her non-existent sandwich shop. She claimed the city is to blame, because it wished to make Robertson Blvd. a total walkway, preventing cars.
“So, we had to rip out our patio. And then, turns out, there were things that were code violations with the landlord that she had to take care of. No problem. Fine,” she said in an interview shared by The Bravo Babe on TikTok, via Reality Tea. “[We were] waiting for the city to schedule things. But I don’t want them to be mad at us, ‘cause I certainly don’t want them to be like, ‘Hey, f*ck off.’”
“We’re at the mercy of the city,” insisted Ariana, who claimed they didn’t expect to find a location so fast. “But it’s a great city to be a part of … We’re ready to go whenever they say thumbs up. You guys have to come get a sandwich.”
