Candiace Dillard Bassett Feels RHOP Costars Are Icing Her Out

This season of The Real Housewives of Potomac is already halfway over. However, the cast seems more divided than ever. Not only are fans calling it one of the worst in the show’s history, but Candiace Dillard-Bassett recently took to social media to expose that she feels iced out by the cast. 

Of course, the RHOP ladies have had their fair share of drama over the years. However, many of them have crossed some serious boundaries with one another, something that has caused Gizelle to say she will never forgive Candiace. Notably, there was a big discussion about privilege and colorism at the previous reunion, which Gizelle says caused her to receive death threats. 

Now, Candiace has taken to X to repost a fan who said Robyn and Gizelle are trying to get her fired from the show. Not only did she repost it, but she added a caption to show that she agreed. 

Let’s just call a spade a spade. THIS is what “trying to get you fired” looks like. It’s clear as day and weak and tired.

Candiace also shared her frustrations with her argument on the show’s latest episode with Robyn, Gizelle, and Ashley. It’s clear that she has been trying to keep her composure this season as she also focuses on other ventures in her career.

I tried not to do too much at this table. I tried not to argue. I tried to stay calm. I was being baited and bullied and played with until I was beating on the table screaming. I’m not a victim. Those are simply the facts. #RHOP

However, it seems that Candiace and the fan aren’t the only ones who feel this way. Carlos King went on YouTube Live and shared similar sentiments.

He said, “I’m gonna say it, and it is what it is. This season was to take down Candiace. This season was to make Candiace feel so uncomfortable that she had no choice but to either leave the show or get fired. This entire season is about icing Candiace out. They don’t want Candiace there anymore. And I’m this close to saying they probably don’t want Wendy there anymore either.”

In other RHOP news, fans continue to feel disappointed by this season. This was the case early on, but many hoped the season would improve as it progressed. The last few episodes are among the biggest problems, as the ladies have been in Austin for the amount of time that would make sense for an international trip. Unfortunately, many are saying they won’t watch anymore because the show is in its flop era.
