We’re so glad you asked!The list does not take value into account, only volume of sales. Therefore, it’s not uncommon to see some pretty easily accessible books flying up the list. (Side-eye to Spawn #1, sitting at #1 for weeks now.) But the Coldest items? That’s where things get interesting.
