Nick Cannon is finally “coming up for air” after celebrating the holidays with his 12 children! At least, that’s what he told PEOPLE while discussing his new Buffalo Wild Wings collab.
During the sit-down, Cannon revealed he’s “chilling right now” and not looking to expand his kiddie crew anytime soon.
“I’m chilling right now. There’s no plans on the horizon as of yet,” Nick Cannon said.
However, he seemingly found humor when questioned about his future family plans.
“It’s so funny, everybody’s always trying to get me to have more kids. It’s like, 12 ain’t enough?
As mentioned, his jokey mood comes amid recovering from dashing from kid to kid in the last month or so. From spreading holiday cheer to just kicking at home, Cannon took to social media to share his daddy duties.

As previously reported, Nick Cannon shares his first set of children, twins Moroccan and Monroe, with ex-wife Mariah Carey. He welcomed his third, fourth and tenth — Golden Sagon, Powerful Queen and Rise Messiah — with Brittany Bell.
He had another set of twins, Zion and Zillion, with Abby De La Rosa as his fifth and sixth. Abby also gave birth to his eleventh child, Beautiful.
His seventh child Zen, with Alyssa Scott, passed away at five months in December 2021 from a rare brain cancer. Alyssa and Nick Cannon welcomed their second child and Nick’s twelfth, Halo Marie, a little over a year later. In between that time, Brie Tiesi gave birth to Nick’s eighth child, Legendary Love, while Lanisha Cole gave birth to his ninth, Onyx Ice Cole.
For him, the “best” parts of fatherhood are hearing “I love you,” “big hugs,” and “picking them up from school.”
“The first time they say [I love you], whether they’re 1 year old or 18 months, to hearing it from your kids that are on the brink of being teenagers, there’s nothing better than that.”
Nick Cannon Is Already Planning For Spring Break With His Children
With his family size in the double digits, making his daddy rounds definitely takes some planning! That’s why Nick is already gearing up for “spring break.”
“So, a lot of getting back outside again, a lot of basketball starting back up, and just a lot of sports and outdoor activities,” Nick Cannon said. “As a dad, that’s the kind of stuff you structure your schedule around, all of your kids’ extracurricular activities.”
And even though Nick has his swimmers on ice, he wouldn’t necessarily be upset at welcoming a thirteenth child. In fact, he believes the number 13 is “a good number…definitely a lucky number.”
