After revealing his return to Coachella in 2024, Steve Angello has released a brand-new single, “ME.”
“ME” is out now via Angello’s own SIZE Records and follows last year’s scintillating “What You Need,” a collaboration with Wh0. The floor-filling house record meets the moment of SIZE’s 20th anniversary after the label inked a landmark distribution deal with dance music giant Astralwerks, who celebrated their 30th anniversary last year.
With its tense builds and soulful vocal chops, “ME” is tailor-made for sweaty nights out on the dancefloor. The Swedish House Mafia icon says he produced the track on the fly before a show in Sweden before its demand skyrocketed.
“I designed ‘ME’ as an homage to the raw, unfiltered energy of S—A club set,” Angello explained in a press release. “It’s that perfect track that doesn’t end the night but stays with you, echoing in your head the next day. I made it hours before the Size XX show in Stockholm and heard the demand from the people so I’ve decided to make it available to the world!”
