Whitney Rose and her husband, Justin Rose, are preparing to unload their seven-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home in Salt Lake City.
Just three years after the Daybreak Lake home was built, the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City couple has listed the property, which boasts just over 6,000 square feet on the inside and has been frequently seen on the Bravo reality series in recent years, for $2.1 million.
Situated in South Jordan, a city in south central Salt Lake County, Whitney and Justin’s home is in a private, lakeside clubhouse community.

The blue and white home is lined with a white picket fence.
Inside the home is an open-concept floor plan with shiplap ceilings, fans, and stunning light fixtures.

A ceiling fan hangs above the living area of the home.
The dining room is draped in a textured blue wallpaper and features a modern chandelier.

Windows on three sides of the room provide plenty of natural light.
Monogram appliances are found in the kitchen, which includes white and wood cabinetry and a waterfall island with black countertops.

Pendant lights hang above the large island.
Also on the main floor is one of two owners’ suites.

The ground floor bedroom features its own bathroom and walk-in closet.
The second owner’s suite is located upstairs, along with two more bedrooms — each with its own bathroom.
In the large master are his and hers closets, which boast custom cabinetry.

Floral wallpaper accents one wall as a fan hangs above the bed.
Also included in the master is a spa-like bathroom.

The master bath is covered in white marble and features a soaking tub and walk-in shower.
Down in the basement is a family room with a wet bar and a movie theater.
There’s also a Speakeasy bar, complete with hanging lights, a wine rack, and a television.
Outside of the bar space is a home gym with a sauna.

Rubber floors and recessed lighting are two features of the gym.
Meanwhile, outside of Whitney and Justin’s home is a stunning outdoor space with a television, swim spa, and fire pit.
As RHOSLC fans have seen, Whitney and Justin faced marital tension amid production on the fourth season after it was confirmed that Justin had lost his job due to a racy scene they filmed with one another. However, following a September 2023 episode of Watch What Happens Live in which Whitney confirmed Justin had found a new job, she offered a positive update on their marriage to Entertainment Tonight.
“There’s no troubles,” she stated. “He’s back working, back to dual income, it’s amazing … He’s very happy, and the company that he’s with is so aligned with who we are — and they love Housewives.”
The three-part Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season four reunion concludes on Tuesday, January 23, at 8/7c on Bravo.
