Kevin Hart is not playing any games! As previously reported, the comedian recently took legal action against controversial blogger Tasha K, alleging extortion and defamation. Hart initially claimed that Tasha K’s distasteful interview with his former personal assistant, Miesha Shakes, contained false and damaging statements. Despite his requests, Tasha K has refused to remove the video, prompting him to seek further legal recourse.
According to Radar Online, Hart has reportedlyrequested a temporary restraining order to compel Tasha K to remove the video of her interview with his ex-assistant. If approved, the order would require Miss K to immediately delete it from her platform.
Hart says that the interview contains numerous false claims made by his former assistant, Miesha Shakes, who breached their non-disclosure agreement by discussing private matters.

In his declaration, Hart accuses Tasha K of attempting to extort $250,000 from him in exchange for withholding the interview video. When Hart declined the offer and contacted the police, Tasha K proceeded to publish the interview on her YouTube channel, despite receiving a cease and desist letter from Hart’s lawyer.
Hart’s lawsuit against Tasha K includes charges of civil extortion and defamation.
