AMC has unleashed the final trailer of its upcoming series The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live. This next chapter of The Walking Dead’s story centers on what happened to Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and Michonne (Danai Gurira) searching for him. It looks like this show is going to deliver a solid story and I’m looking forward to watching it!
The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live presents “an epic love story of two characters changed by a changed world. Kept apart by distance. By an unstoppable power. By the ghosts of who they were. Rick and Michonne are thrown into another world, built on a war against the dead … And ultimately, a war against the living. Can they find each other and who they were in a place and situation unlike any they’ve ever known before? Are they enemies? Lovers? Victims? Victors? Without each other, are they even alive — or will they find that they, too, are the Walking Dead?”
Lincoln previously talked about Rick’s absence from The Walking Dead universe in the new promo, saying: “People are going, ‘Where have you gone? Our ambition is to have some answers.” Gurira adds: “It’s a really exciting story to tell. These two people are so powerful and together it’s insane. This is some crazy love.”
