Model Jen Selter is leaving very little to the imagination yet again!
The 30-year-old fitness trainer spent her Christmas vacation in Costa Rica. While she was there, it looked like she stepped out of her see-through dress in order to take a bath and decided to share the footage with her 14 million followers on social media!

Jen traveled to Costa Rica over Christmas and captured plenty of stunning shots for her 14 million Instagram followers to enjoy. In one recent video, she jogged up the wooden steps into a hut and took off her purple see-through dress to show off the bikini that she was wearing underneath it. Jen then takes a seat in the white tub and dangles her legs off the edge as she takes in the gorgeous views that Costa Rica has to offer.
Jen set the music in this video to “Young Folks” by Peter Bjorn And John. “Tag someone you want to go here with,” she wrote in the caption. “I want to go! That’s all I know,” one fan commented. “It looks so nice,” another follower agreed. “What a wonderful video,” a third fan chimed in. Other followers showered her post with fire and heart-eye emojis while other fans tagged their friends as Jen suggested.

Fans who follow along with Jen’s Instagram Stories know that she can experience some painful bloating and stomach distention that she refers to as “Big Bertha.” In one of her latest Instagram posts, she wore a yellow bikini and a matching cover-up in Costa Rica as she showed her followers how to make a de-bloat smoothie in her BlendJet.
“Drinking this Papaya Banana De-Bloat Smoothie is like sending a love note to your gut!” she wrote in the caption, listing the ingredients as a handful of ice, unsweetened coconut milk (or your milk of choice), one frozen ripe banana, some sweet pineapple, and one ripe papaya. “Papaya brings enzymes that soothe digestion, bananas contribute potassium for energy, and pineapple offers vitamin C for immunity,” she explained. “This trio makes a yummy health-boosting treat!”
