LCD Soundsystem Announce 2025 NYC Residency Run at Knockdown Center

From Istanbul to Indio, Mahmut Orhan’s global dance continues as the Turkish superstar announces the release of his debut album, Pangea.

Orhan is entering 2024 with his most ambitious offering yet, imminently on the way. Slated for release in late-March, the album, a nod to the ancient supercontinent by the same name, symbolizes his own unique blend of global influences and his ability to transcend geographical boundaries through the universal language of dance music.

Anticipation for Pangea has been further fueled by the release of Orhan’s latest single, “Andalusian,” alongside Lebanese singer-songwriter Ribale Wehbé. An inimitable blend of indie dance, melodic techno and Middle Eastern psytrance, the track is a captivating fusion of densely layered cinematic synths and emotionally resonant vocals.

Reflecting on his journey from 2016’s release of “Feel”  to the announcement of his debut album, it’s plain to see that this year in particular marks a critical tipping point for the ascendant producer on his journey to world renown—a quest recently validated with the announcement of his upcoming performance at Indio’s iconic Coachella festival in April.

Fans can expect to hear Pangea in full on March 22nd, 2024 via Ultra Records. Take a listen to “Andalusian” below and find the new single on streaming platforms here.
