Fans of ODESZA are saying their last goodbyes for now after the duo announced a new tour, “The Finale,” their final run of live performances for the foreseeable future.
ODESZA toured their stunning fourth album, The Last Goodbye, throughout 2023 and delivered what many now regard as the best live show of their career. That endeavor led to a momentous concert film, The Last Goodbye Cinematic Experience, which provided an intimate glimpse into creative direction of the album and arduous development of its touring namesake.
They’ll now tie a bow on the TLG era by virtue of momentous concerts at LA’s BMO Stadium, NYC’s Madison Square Garden, Boulder’s Folsom Field and Washington’s Gorge Amphitheatre. The tour, which kicks off on June 8th, will feature supporting sets by Ben Böhmer, Bob Moses, Tinlicker and more.
“As we look to bring The Last Goodbye Tour to a close, we are overwhelmed with how bittersweet it all feels,” ODESZA said in a statement. “The journey to this point has been unimaginable—exceeding all our expectations—and we are excited to show you the final chapter of this experience. The new performance starting in June builds upon the live show and allows us to edit, extend, remix and play songs we haven’t before.”
