Erika Jayne speaks to estranged husband Tom Girardi‘s alleged victims in a trailer for the new Housewife and The Hustler documentary about the former attorney’s alleged embezzlement scheme. The video also teased an audio recording of Tom with The L.A. Times.
The first installment of the Hulu documentary aired in 2021, inciting anger from fans who now question if the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star knew about her husband’s misconduct.
“This story was a nuclear explosion,” said a man in the new trailer for The Housewife and The Hustler 2: The Reckoning. “Today several victims will get a chance to finally meet Erika Girardi,” expressed another man.
In one clip, Erika walked into the restaurant to meet victims.
“I’m at sort of a loss for what to say,” she said to them at a table before one of them asked if Erika watched the documentary.
“The Housewife and The Hustler? I did,” she answered.
“Erika, why did it take you so long?” asked another victim, seemingly referring to her meeting with them.
“I was never asked to do this,” she answered. “Nobody was really interested in my side of the story.”
The trailer revealed snippets of other interviews, with one person asking, “Where did all the money go?” Another added, “How much of this did she know?”
One man claimed Erika “turned” on him at the “drop of a hat” when she “needed money.” Another claimed Erika is the “victim of a great injustice.”
The doc also teased an “audio recording” of Tom speaking to The L.A. Times.
“Hi there, this is Tom Girardi…” he said feebly in the tape.
