Megan Thee Stallion’s beef with Nicki Minaj has caused unexpected issues for the cemetery where the Houston rapper’s mother is buried.

The cemetery, located in Texas, was the subject of doxxing from Minaj’s fans, leading the venue to notify local authorities and increasing security.

Nothing is alleged to have happened to Megan’s mother’s gravesite as of yet.

According to TMZ, some of Minaj’s fans — known as the Barbz — leaked the location of Megan’s mom’s burial and urged others on social media to desecrate her grave as the feud between the two rappers has escalated in recent days.

Nicki herself made numerous references to Megan’s dead mother on her diss track “Big Foot”.

She rapped: “How you fuck your mother man when she die?/ How you go on Gayle King and can’t cry? Chile, bye/ Big foot, but you still a small fry/ Swearing on your dead mother when you lie.”

Minaj also rapped at the end of the song: “She just mad that no n-gga ever loved her/ No n-gga gon’ stan ten toes behind her/ Is it my fault I got good vagina?/ Why the fuck is you humping on a minor?/ ‘Cause she was lyin’ on your dead mama.”

During an Instagram Live after the release of the song, Minaj also said Megan should “conjure up her momma and apologize,” then added: “You don’t lie on your dead mom, you don’t do that. All of your lies are being exposed.”

Megan Thee Stallion’s mother, Holly Thomas, died in 2019 after being diagnosed with a brain tumor.

On her mother’s birthday in 2020, Megan paid tribute to Thomas, who also acted as her manager and was once a rapper herself.

She wrote on social media: “Happy birthday mama [golden heart emojis] I miss you every day! I know you’re watching over me rooting for me and keeping me going.”

She added: “I don’t have you physically here telling me what I should do so I’ve been trying to figure it out on my own remembering all the advice and lessons you’ve taught me before. You are such a strong woman and I promise to make you proud and be one too.”
