Change Mentor Hub founders Ryan and Reece Buttigieg started their careers just like most people, working nine-to-five jobs they did not enjoy. The long hours and endless work sparked a need to find something more fulfilling to do on the side. The Buttigieg brothers started playing around with e-commerce as a side gig, learning their way around and having some moderate success. When they began making a more significant amount of money, their family and friends had plenty of questions. How were they doing this, and more importantly, could they do it too? The Buttigiegs were happy to teach them about e-commerce, but as their wealth grew, so did the number of people wanting to learn from them.
With business booming, Ryan and Reece did not have time to teach the growing number of people in their circle and run their own companies simultaneously. They wanted to keep sharing about e-commerce. However, teaching people one-on-one was not going to work. Ryan and Reece introduced a new business partner, Tami White, and they developed an e-learning course designed to teach people the ins and outs of e-commerce and include pieces of important knowledge they had learned firsthand. The course soon became extremely popular online, leading the Change Mentor Hub owners to know they had something special on their hands.
Today, their course and online learning community have grown even larger, and they still personally take a hand in teaching their students while helping mentor them as their businesses grow. They have coached students through massive six-figure business-to-business deals with major brands and watched proudly as some of them have gone on to form six-figure e-commerce stores. Buttigieg even took forty community members with him to Bali in 2023 for a celebratory business retreat. Even more impressive is the networking retreat right here in Los Angeles that the co-founders are currently hosting, bringing ten members along to network in a $100m Beverly Hills mansion.
The course is currently the number one training platform in Europe, and one of the founders, Ryan, is working on bringing his expertise to the United States. He is focused on expanding his reach even further and teaching more people how to leave behind monotonous routines and embrace e-commerce. This aspiration will soon become a reality. Buttigieg is branching out with ten community members to find new e-commerce ventures and establish a stronger presence in America.
