Jen Selter Shows Off Her ‘All Natural’ Chest
Although Jen has received criticism over her appearance, she has no plans to change her body. At the end of January, she shared two photos that featured her posing in a tropical bikini in Costa Rica. She paired a floral bikini top with yellow panties and rose-colored sunglasses as she showed off her fit figure from every angle.
“Posting on social media for the past 12+ years, the number of comments I receive daily suggesting I get a boob job is crazy to me,” she wrote in the caption. “If I wanted to, I would’ve done it years ago. Each to their own, and no judgment towards those who choose to get any surgery, but as much as I would love bigger boobs, I embrace the little pancakes I was born with and prefer to keep my body all natural!!!”
Jen Shows Fans How She Stays Fit With Some Monday Motivation
On Monday, Jen looked ready to sweat as she grabbed a stone-colored sports bra and matching high-waisted leggings. Tying her hair back in a ponytail, Jen grabbed two green dumbbells as she worked her arms, her core, and her legs with a few full-body exercises that included tricep kickbacks and lateral raises.
“Push yourself because no one else will do it for you. And always remember to strive for progress, not perfection,” she wrote in the caption along with the hashtag “Monday Motivation.” Fans were quick to praise her video and inspirational caption, with one fan writing, “That’s what I do every day to push myself.” Another follower wrote, “That’s why you are always my inspiration in my life now and forever” while a third fan called her a “perfect fitness specimen.”
Jen Shares Her Healthy Chocolate Smoothie Recipe
Jen shares healthy recipe videos with her followers at least once a week. In her latest recipe video, Jen brought out her gold BlendJet base to show her followers how to make a delicious smoothie that is healthier than what fans might find in the stores. In addition to the smoothie, she also picked up her dog, Gram, to show him off to her 14 million Instagram followers.
“This amazing Chocolate Smoothie is the perfect, healthier treat for when that sweet tooth kicks in!” she wrote in the caption. Although she did not write down a step-by-step guide, fans can watch the video and follow along to see how Jen creates her delicious smoothie from a large frozen banana, 1 tablespoon of cocoa or cacao powder, 1 cup of unsweetened cashew milk, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, a handful of ice, 1 tbsp peanut butter, and one scoop of chocolate protein powder.

Jen has been holding frequent BlendJet giveaways since partnering with the brand. In her latest recipe video, she showed her followers how the device could make a “healthier” version of avocado egg salad than what one may typically find in stores.
In the video, Jen makes her recipe from six eggs, one ripe and creamy avocado, a little chopped red onion (or some chives), one cup of blended cottage cheese instead of mayonnaise, a teaspoon of Dijon mustard, a sprinkle of Everything Bagel seasoning, and a pinch of salt. “Trust me, it’s so good!” Jen wrote in the caption. “Give it a try and let me know what you think!”
