Anything can happen at the Grammys Red Carpet!

With a sleek and stunning look, Coi Leray strutted on by to speak with Hollywood Unlocked before the award show kicked off. The superstar shared how she handles being in the spotlight specifically dealing with social media. The “Self Love” artist told CEO and host Jason Lee, “I feel like I’ve been dealing with social media for a very long time. I kinda got used to it.” She went on to say, “You kinda got to look at it like.. you really never ran into nobody in person that has that energy ever and I feel like every artist can say the same thing…you never run into them!”

Coi also talked about how she reps for all women while talking about her personal growth with Jason. “I feel like me and you really get to watch each other grow and it feels good to witness that.”

Coi Leray Is The Moment:

The night was even more special for Coi Leray who was also nominated in two categories at the 2024 GRAMMYs: Best Rap Performance for her smash “Players,” and Best Pop Dance Recording for her collaboration with David Guetta and Anne-Marie, “Baby Don’t Hurt Me.” Although she didn’t take home a win, she is still a winner in many eyes.

More On Coi Leray:

Aside from her killer looks, Coi continues to kill it in the music game. Earlier this year it was announced she made a major move.

After signing with Republic Records in 2019 and releasing numerous projects under the label, she announced that she has inked a new deal with Island Records, releasing a new single to commemorate the moment.

The 26-year-old initially signed with Republic after stacking up a few indie hits like “By Myself” and “Huddy.” As part of her deal with the label, she also dropped two solo albums: “Trendsetter” and last year’s “Coi.” With other hits like “Blick Blick” and “No More Parties,” we’re sure she’s about to deliver more great work.

To commemorate signing with Island, she unveiled her latest track “Wanna Come Thru,” which is produced by Mike Will Made It. She explains that the song marks a new beginning for her, and a promising 2024 that lies ahead. “This song is about me on my grown and sexy,” she explains. “Grown and sexy means being so in love with yourself — that it is one of the most sexiest, maturest, grownest things that a woman can do. As you get older and you tap into your womanhood and your femininity and I feel like you should embrace that. It’s feeling good for yourself; looking in the mirror and just loving yourself. 2024 is going to be my grown and sexy era. I’m taking over this year. I’ve got so much new music and a whole new side of me to get to know,” she said via Vibe.

Producer Mike added about her new record, “It’s a culture-shifting record. The song is just fresh and forward-pushing. What I love about it is it sounds simple and easy to digest and instantly puts you in a mood. It’s the best feeling ever to be able to create a song that makes the listener feel good. This is hit number one fasho, we have plenty more on the way. The Ear Drummer/Trendsetter Way.”
