Ariana Madix is clapping back at Tom Schwartz’s onscreen diss, and she claims she no longer “f**k[s] with him” and made the “right choice” to end the friendship.
Last year, after Ariana discovered her boyfriend Tom Sandoval‘s affair, Tom Schwartz (his best friend) seemed to take up for him – to Ariana’s dismay.
But in a preview for an upcoming episode of Vanderpump Rules, Schwartz invited Ariana to a weekend getaway with the cast. She told him, “I gave up on you a long time ago, and my life is better for it,” before he responded, “You’re not the queen of the group.”
On Instagram, Ariana responded to the clip.
“He’s not wrong [because] I’ve literally never thought or said that,” wrote Ariana of Schwartz’s statement in a comment shared by @queensofbravo on Instagram. “[This is the] same guy who professes to miss my friendship. Ya right.”
She then reflected on her decision to end the friendship.
“[He’s] gotta try and knock me down as soon as I remind him I don’t f**k with him,” she explained. “Just to give me another reminder I made the right choice for myself.”
On a past episode of the Vanderpump Rules After Show, Ariana revealed why she blocked Schwartz.
“I was just like, ‘I’m f*cking done with this,’” said Ariana. “He would send me text messages sometimes that were like, ‘You should go to Florida and, like, braid your hair,’ kind of fun like Schwartz-type stuff, but this was also around the time that I was finding out about the things he was co-signing and saying about me on last season.”
“It wasn’t that he knew more because I knew he knew,” she went on. “It was that he was so disrespectful about … knowing the subject matter. And then I was like, ‘Damn, I was so f*cking easy on him at the reunion because I didn’t know he was saying all that sh*t.’”
