“I tried spinning, I tried running, I tried yoga, I tried Pilates, “Kaley dished. “I realized I don’t like running…I refuse to do it. I like spinning, so I try to mix that in. When I found hot yoga, I fell in love with it and was like, this is my thing.” Kaley now makes workout headlines for her home gym sessions with trainer Ryan Sorensen, where it’s a mix of strength, cardio, and agility work, and baby Matilda sometimes even hangs out with her mom during sessions!

The above video was shared to Ryan’s Instagram last summer. Huffing and puffing as she was put through her paces, Kaley burned her calories while baby Matilda lay cooing on her back, and fans went wild.
“No excuses, always find a way to get it done. If you have a goal your striving for get the job done. Make the sacrifices, hold yourself accountable, be disciplined and most importantly have fun with it. Result will come! Special guest 😂,” Ryan wrote, clearly referring to Matilda. Kaley shares her March 2023-born daughter with actor boyfriend Tom Pelphrey.
