Scheana Shay has just purchased a new home in Los Angeles.
Joining a number of her past and present co-stars from Vanderpump Rules, including Jax Taylor, 44, Brittany Cartwright, 35, Tom Sandoval, 41, Ariana Madix, 38, and James Kennedy, 32, in the San Fernando Valley, Scheana and husband Brock Davies will be putting down roots in a five-bedroom, five-bathroom, 3,839-square-foot modern farmhouse.
According to the Robb Report, Scheana and Brock purchased the Sherman Oaks property, which was built in 2016 and listed in April 2023 for $2.795 million, for $2.5 million.
The exterior features stone accents with a paved driveway leading into a garage.
European white oak wide-plank hardwood floors can be found throughout the space, which boasts an open concept.
The formal living room boasts a stunning stone veneer fireplace.
Plenty of light shines in from outside with the help of numerous windows lining the main entryway space.
In the dining room, a light fixture hangs above a table big enough for eight people.
Just off the dining room is the kitchen, where Carrara marble counters surround Viking Professional appliances and an eight-burner stove.

Scheana and Brock’s new home also has a family room, with plenty of space for two-year-old daughter Summer Moon.
