Over the years, Korean reality TV shows have gone on to carve a niche. The concepts, themes, and cast have impressed audiences worldwide. These shows include a variety of genres, including dating shows, competitions, and game-like situations. Recently, Netflix introduced a list of reality shows fans can expect in 2024. The list includes many familiar and popular reality series, raising anticipation among viewers.

While some reality shows will continue airing new seasons, several new series will enthrall viewers with their unique concepts and insight into the world. Throughout 2024, Netflix will bring back some of its more popular reality shows like Single’s Inferno (season 4), Physical: 100 (season 2 – Underground) and Zombieverse (season 2). New shows include Super Rich in Korea, Risqué Business: Netherlands & Germany, and more.

Check out more about some of the Korean reality shows on Netflix in 2024.

Single’s Inferno Season 4

Single’s Inferno is a popular Korean reality TV show that features eligible singles, both men and women, looking for love on an isolated island. Together, they participate in various challenges while getting to know each other. The winners get to choose their partners and spend time with them in a luxury hotel known as Paradise. By the end of each season, couples formed leave Inferno together to test their relationship in the outside world. Season 4 of this hit series will arrive on Netflix in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Physical: 100 Season 2 – Underground

Physical: 100 will return with a second season in the first quarter of 2024. The reality competition series will feature 100 contestants from various backgrounds, testing their physical and mental abilities in intense, large-scale challenges. This time, Netflix brings an underground concept, raising anticipation about the intensity of competitions. Season 1 of the series is available to stream on Netflix.

Super Rich in Korea

Super Rich in Korea is Netflix’s new reality series. The show will take viewers on an enthralling journey, giving them a glimpse into the ultra-luxurious lives of the wealthiest people in Korea. Many millionaires and billionaires will show off their luxury. The show will premiere in the second quarter of 2024. The show is hosted by Cho Sae-Ho, BamBam, and Oh My Girl’s Mimi.

Risqué Business: Netherlands & Germany

Popular talk show Risqué Business will expand its horizons from Asia to Europe. The series will explore the adult entertainment industry in Europe, mainly in the Netherlands and Germany. The hosts for this interesting series are Shin Dong-Yup and Sung Si-Kyung, who will interview an exciting lineup of adult entertainment stars. The show will premiere on February 20, 2024, on Netflix.

Zombieverse Season 2

The first season of Zombieverse featured contestants initially thinking they were part of a dating show. However, their competition took a terrifying turn when they found themselves in the middle of a zombie attack. They had to collaborate or even turn on each other to fight against the zombies and make it out alive. Netflix promises an upgraded version of both the games and the zombies in season 2. It will premiere in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Other exciting reality TV shows will also air on Netflix in 2024. Agents of Mystery will feature special agents solving bizarre cases. The Influencer will see popular South Korean influencers competing for their visibility. Meanwhile, Unknown Chefs will have 100 cooks competing in an intense culinary showdown.

With the above lineup, the reality TV show quota on Netflix for the year seems worthwhile. Stay tuned for more updates about these shows.
