Ever since it was announced that Star Wars would have projects exclusive to Disney Plus, fans have been begging for a Mace Windu series. Windu is one of the most powerful and beloved characters from the prequel trilogy and, with a number of actors from that era returning, it seems like the perfect time to bring him back. While speaking about what he’d want to do in a potential series, Samuel L. Jackson simply told Empire Magazine, “EVERYTHING YES!!”
It’s not a shock that Samuel L. Jackson would be interested in returning to the Star Wars universe. The actor created a new type of Jedi just to have a purple lightsaber and etched “BMF” into his hilt. It’s clear Jackson loves Mace Windu almost as much as the fans. The only question is if Disney would trust him with another Disney Plus series after Secret Invasion!
