Kyle Richards is giving Bravo fans some insight into the highly anticipated RHOBH season 13 reunion. Plus, gets candid about her recent run-in with Lisa Rinna.
During a recent Amazon Live, the 55-year-old was asked to describe the RHOBH season 13 reunion in 5 words.
“Torture is one word, anxiety-provoking – that’s two words, sorry! Stressful, scary, emotional,” Kyle Richards said.
On top of sharing which Beverly Hills Housewives found themselves in the hot seat the most at the season 13 reunion, Kyle also dished on which cast members the best looks and revealed which costars had found resolution by the end of the dramatic sit down.
As for who got the most heat at the reunion, Kyle named herself, Dorit Kemsley, and Sutton Stracke.
“I would say I was definitely in the hot seat a lot I would say. Um yeah. I think Dorit was, uh gosh, I think Sutton you know. Yeah,” she said.
Best dressed on the other hand goes to Garcelle Beauvais and Erika Jayne.
Kyle also left the season 13 reunion getting some much needed closure with her sister Kathy Hilton, who makes a surprise appearance at the reunion. As you remember Kyle and Kathy left the RHOBH 12 reunion on terrible terms but it seems they have finally closed the chapter on all their drama stemming from the season 12 cast trip to Aspen.
“I felt better leaving than going absolutely, which is always my goal, which is why last year was so depressing to me and so, so sad. I’ve never had, that was by far the worst reunion leaving there. We didn’t even take a picture, didn’t hug, didn’t cheer…I just went home and cried,” Kyle recalled.
She continued, “I felt good coming out of the reunion, and I felt very relieved to be able to say that. All the things that I had, you know, that had hurt me through the season, I was able to address, and I felt I left there feeling a lot lighter, so that’s always the goal for me.”
In addition, Kyle also opened up about the future of her friendship with Dorit Kemsley and reacted to Erika Jayne wanting Andy Cohen to “eviscerate” her at the reunion.
“I can always, you know, repair things with someone if I cared about them – so, yes,” she shared when asked about Dorit’s comments that they didn’t go into the reunion in the best place.
She’s also not holding a grudge against Erika after declaring she wanted Kyle “eviscerated” at the reunion over her being cagey about her marital issues with Mauricio Umasnky.
“She actually gave me a heads-up about it. I was kind of just confused because we are friends and I love her and really value her friendship. I honestly think it was because she was so grilled last year, she felt like she was on trial at the reunion, so she was like, ‘It’s someone else’s turn,’” Kyle explained.
Before wrapping up the live, the RHOBH OG opened up about a recent run-in she had with former co-star Lisa Rinna.
According to Kyle she recently bumped into Rinna at a sushi restaurant in Los Angeles.
“I saw Rinna … and she was great and I’ve been looking at her Instagram and she is just killing it, as like, a model now, I just, I really love that. I mean, she looks amazing,” Kyle shared.
Lastly, the mom of four shared her favorite season of RHOBH.
“It’s very hard for me to say,” Kyle admitted. “Honestly, it’s sad, but the ones that stand out are my least favorites because I just, I don’t know, I guess that’s how life is. But I have a lot of great moments on the show and a lot of not-great moments on the show. […] Good and bad. Even this season, you know, I had a very challenging time but we also had some fun times too. I really do love the girls’ trips, you know, being with the girls there.”
