Popular podcaster Bobbi Althoff has reached a settlement with her husband, Cory Althoff after he filed to end their marriage of three years legally,
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the former couple has reached a “global marital settlement agreement.”
Bobbi Althoff Reaches Settlement With Her Husband Cory
Bobbi and Cory have already reached a settlement in their divorce. This comes two weeks after Cory filed for a dissolution of their marriage two weeks ago, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
In the new legal documents, the duo claims that they “have already exchanged preliminary declarations of disclosure and reached a global martial settlement agreement, including resolution of all property in anticipation of filing the dissolution.”
Bobbi and Cory also agree to the termination of the court’s ability to award spousal support. The ex-couple, who share two daughters, Luca, 3, and Isla, 1, have agreed to joint custody.
In his initial divorce filing, Cory stated that he and Bobbi had been separated since July 4, 2023.
Bobbi Althoff Speaks Out On Her Divorce
Shortly after her estranged husband filed for divorce, the viral social media sensation took to her Instagram page to share a touching message, noting how saddened she was by their separation.
Bobbi wrote, “As most of you have heard, Cory and I have filed for divorce. As sad as I am right now, I am so thankful for the time I got to be his wife. Our girls are so lucky to have him as a father & I am so lucky to be able to co-parent with such an incredible father and person.”
She continued, “While our relationship did not work out as husband and wife, we will always be friends, and I will always love him.”
Bobbi’s divorce from her husband, comes amid her surge in popularity since she began hosting viral interviews with top celebrities, with the most notable one being her interview with rapper, Drake.
