Mike Dean is preparing to take fans on an out-of-this-world, synth-powered journey this Friday night (March 1) during his Live at The Wiltern concert.

“Witness the maestro behind the scenes step into the spotlight, showcasing not only his own original compositions but also delivering special renditions of the iconic hits he’s crafted over the years. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience the genius behind the music, as Mike Dean weaves together a tapestry of sound that spans genres and generations,” reads the show flyer he shared on Instagram.

Tim Henson and Scott LePage of Polyphia will be opening for Dean. Tickets are available here.

The super producer previously opened for his frequent collaborator The Weeknd on the After Hours til Dawn Tour. The two executive produced Dean’s last album 4:23, which was released last April via MWA Music. In 2021, he performed two sold-out solo shows at the Echoplex following the release of his second studio album 4:22. Dean also starred as himself in HBO’s The Idol, which was created by The Weeknd, Sam Levinson and Reza Fahim. He also created most of the songs and the score for the show, including co-writing and co-producing “Popular” by The Weeknd, Madonna and Playboi Carti, which recently got the music video treatment.

Dean has credits on three Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 hits: Travis Scott‘s “Highest in the Room,” “Sicko Mode” (featuring Drake) and “The Scotts” with Kid Cudi. He’s also worked on multiple Billboard 200 No. 1 albums, including Scott’s Utopia, Beyoncé‘s Renaissance, Kanye West‘s Donda, Pusha T‘s It’s Almost Dry and Migos‘ Culture II.
