Pump Rules OG Tom Sandoval wants to the 90k his ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix allegedly owes him before they sell their Valley Village home.
The house drama between Vanderpump Rules exes Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix continues to get uglier and uglier. Sandoval is now fighting back as Ariana attempts to force the sale of their Valley Village home.
Sandoval now alleges that he loaned Ariana $90,000 and that she hasn’t repaid the loan, according to new legal documents obtained by TMZ.
The 41-year-old wants the Something About Her co-owner to fork over the cast before a judge potentially forces them to sell their house and split the proceeds from the sale.
According to Sandoval, he has a lien on the house, which is directly tied to his alleged loan to Ariana. He insists that no sale can go through until repayment of the loan is handled.
Seeing Sandoval digging his heels in further isn’t all that surprising since he’s made it clear he doesn’t want to move. The Schwartz and Sandys co-owner claims he offered to buy Ariana out and made a $3.1 million cash to keep their Valley Village home for himself.
This latest claim from Sandoval comes shortly after he accused Ariana of not paying any bills for their home over the last eight months.
Ariana claims to have requested “an itemized breakdown” of everything she owes for bills from Sandoval, which he has failed to provide.
The 38-year-old said she no longer believes anything Sandoval says and refuses to hand over whatever amount of money he claims to be owed. She insists she won’t give Sandoval a dime until she sees a breakdown of everything.
As AllAboutTRH previously reported, Ariana filed a lawsuit against Sandoval in January to force the sale of their Valley Village home.
The 38-year-old Pump Rules star filed a lawsuit against her ex-boyfriend in Los Angeles Superior Court, noting that they are at a stalemate over how to split their house.
Per court documents, Ariana wants a “partition by sale,” which means the longtime reality TV star wants a judge to order the exes to sell their home and split the sale proceeds.
In the filing, Ariana clarified that she doesn’t want a “division in kind,” which would allow each of them to retain their interest in the home while allowing one to sell their stake to a third party.
Tom and Ariana purchased their San Fernando Valley home in 2019 for around $2 million. The two have continued, albeit awkwardly, living together since their split in March 2023.
Vanderpump Rules airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
