In a new interview, Kevin Hart was once again asked to share his reaction to all the online commotion about fellow comedian Katt Williams and his controversial comments. While speaking with Wall Street Journal magazine, WSJ, reiterated that he is not bothered by Williams’ criticism and he’s simply taking it as pure “entertainment.”
As we previously reported, during an episode of Shannon Sharpe’s Club Shay Shay podcast, Katt Williams reignited his ongoing feud with Kevin Hart, taking aim not only at Hart but also at other comedians like Chris Tucker, Cedric the Entertainer, and Steve Harvey. Williams made bold accusations, claiming that Hart had taken movie roles that were originally intended for him.
Responding to those claims, Hart dismissed Williams’ rant and said, “If that’s what he fuels himself off, God bless him,” Hart said to the outlet. “Good for him. I hope he gets all that he needs and he wants, and I’m here cheering for him from afar.” Hart added, “That’s my real energy,” he noted. “I really mean it! That’s how happy and secure I am with my career and my life.”

More On What Katt Williams Said:
Williams was pretty adamant that Hart had snagged roles he’d been up for. He said while speaking to Shannon Sharpe: “For a five-year period, every single movie that Kevin Hart did was a movie that had been on my desk, that all I had said was, ‘Just can we take some of this step and fetching s— out and then I can do it?’” Williams said back in January, suggesting that Hart would get the parts when he would request revisions before joining a project.
“And me saying that and them going, ‘Oh, yeah, no problem,’ and then going to give it to this other guy and having him do it just like it was and acting like I’m a bad person because I keep standing on my standards,” Williams continued. “It’s interesting, but I wouldn’t change it for the world — again, I’m on the winning side of these decisions.”
This latest clash between Hart and Williams is just one chapter in a long-standing feud between the two comedians. Williams has previously criticized Hart and other comedians for their rapid rise to fame, suggesting that they cheated through their success.
Despite the drama, Hart and Williams have both continued to climb to the top of the comedy world, solidifying their status as a household name and a box office sensation.
