The Grammy winner added: “So now we play our separate scenes. Now, she’s in my bed, layin’ on your chest. Now I’m in my head, wonderin’ how it ends.” The suspicions about these lyrics being linked to her relationship with Gomez continued in the chorus, with Grande singing:
