After a yearlong hiatus, husband and wife duo The Two Fake Blondes are back with something entirely new, an infectious drum & bass track, “Holy Spirit Lead.”
The song originally began as an acoustic demo that the pair eventually transformed into a drum & bass arrangement. The song embodies the passion The Two Fake Blondes channel into each of their tunes, kicking things off with enchanting vocals before introducing a drop with an ethereal LFO sequence, ultimately delivering a unique take on the red-hot genre.
Since debuting their project in 2020, The Two Fake Blondes unveiled their debut album, Out Of The Darkness, in 2021 and have received support from a handful of notable artists like Steve Aoki and Don Diablo. While their primary focus has been danceable house tracks, their foray into drum & bass has proven to be a positive one so far.
