The case was supposed to continus on March 13 for a hearing regarding the order of protection request. To note, at the time, the man was already in prison for violating his parole. The suspect was on parole after being sentenced to prison for 16 years for a home invasion and was on electronic monitoring. He was released a day before the March 13 court date.
