Sizzling in a lemon-print bathing suit as she rocked a major designer vibe, the 31-year-old enjoyed some al fresco dining from a picnic blanket, making her midday meal a fancy one as she enjoyed a plateful of freshly cooked spaghetti. Soaking up rays during her Italy vacation, Olivia gave a nod to the local cuisine, also proving that models absolutely do eat carbs.

Olivia follows the 80/20 rule, where 80% of what she eats is thought out from a nutritional perspective.
“I swear by the 80/20 rule: 80 percent clean eating, 20 percent splurging. I grew up in a big Italian family, so I will never say no to homemade pizza and pasta,” the brunette has shared. Culpo has since shared a food diary, where she revealed an obsession with Ben & Jerry’s ice cream.
