Sexyy Red appears poised to make her highest position yet on the Billboard Hot 100 with her new single, “Get It Sexyy.”
According to a Billboard report published on Wednesday (March 20), the new song, released on Friday (March 15), has already racked up 8.4 million streams in its first four days and it continues to climb – and her viral Rolling Loud performance certainly helped push it. Per the publication, “the song will likely make its debut on next week’s Hot 100 (dated March 30), and seems all but certain to pass the No. 62-peaking ‘SkeeYee.’”
Sexyy also hit the Top 20 on the chart with her appearance on Drake’s “Rich Baby Daddy” peaking at No. 11, but this serves to be the St. Louis native’s highest position for her solo material yet.
And of course with all of her success comes detractors. Recently Sexyy Red went back and forth with streamer Adin Ross after he made claims they slept together.
Appearing on his livestream alongside Akademiks, Ross said: “I wanna announce something but I dunno if I should say it. I did fuck Sexyy Red. It was good. It was really good. She was kinda being the dominant one.”

Referencing the rapper’s leaked sex tape, he added: “I jerked off to it and that’s what made me hit her up. I’m being for real.”
The outspoken Sexyy swiftly hit back on X (formerly Twitter), jokingly confirming that she and Ross slept together — but not quite in the way that he claimed.
“You paid me to take yo virginity & I did just that… next,” she said to the 23-year-old.
In a follow-up post, the “Pound Town” hitmaker took on a more serious tone while denying having sex with the popular streamer: “SIKE you couldn’t touch me wit ah stick.”
Ross later denied that he paid Red to sleep with him, commenting: “My first time ever with a Black girl I will vouch u took my Black girl virginity. I didn’t pay tho why u lying said I paid?”
She once again shut down the claim that they had sex during a backstage interview at Rolling Loud California.
