Kyle Richards “Finally” Hires Divorce Attorney Amid Split

Kyle Richards “finally” hired divorce attorneys amid her separation from Mauricio Umansky, according to an insider.

Meanwhile, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star revealed the last time she spoke to Lisa Rinna, if she still considers Dorit Kemsley a friend, and a major update with Sutton Stracke (with whom she feuded throughout the season).

A source told Life & Style that Kyle is now hiring divorce attorneys.

“Kyle finally pulled the trigger, and hasn’t looked back,” the insider shared. “She needed to move on.”

“Kathy and her husband, [Rick Hilton], have carried a lot of animosity toward Mauricio,” the source continued, alluding to Mauricio leaving his position at his brother-in-law Rick’s real estate firm in 2011 to begin his own company. “There will be some real healing happening in Kyle and Kathy’s relationship with Mauricio finally out of the picture.”

The insider warned, however, that Mauricio perhaps won’t go quietly: “He doesn’t want the divorce. He would love to stop it, but he knows that might not be possible at this point.”

In a recent Amazon Live session, Kyle addressed the last time she spoke to Rinna.

“I spoke to her not that while ago via text, saying ‘When are we gonna get together?’ We were trying to make a plan with Erika,” said Kyle, via @byewighellodrama on Instagram. “She’s been traveling a lot because of her new modeling career, which I think is super cool and inspiring.”

Kyle also claimed she ran into her at a restaurant the night before. “Can I see her being back on RHOBH? Sure!” she expressed.

As we reported, Rinna recently revealed she has no desire to ever return to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills during a recent appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show.
