#Socialites, get into to this: Robyn Dixon is reportedly exiting ‘The Real Housewives of Potomac, almost following in the footsteps of her co-star Candiace Dillard Bassett. Rumors are swirling that Robyn, along with another unnamed housewife, will not be returning for the upcoming ninth season, leaving a noticeable void in the cast lineup.
According to an exclusive report by @TheJasmineBRAND, the 44-year-old reality star has allegedly been let go from the Bravo show as part of a supposed cast shakeup. While Candiace has already confirmed her departure, Robyn has yet to make an official statement regarding her alleged exit from the show.
Now, if these speculations hold true, it seems that Robyn, who has been a mainstay on the show for all eight seasons, will be shifting her focus towards her successful ventures outside of reality TV. This includes her Embellished hat business and GLO RX skincare line, both of which were showcased during the season finale of “The Real Housewives of Potomac.”

TheJasmineBRAND’s owner recently discussed the exclusive report, hinting at another unnamed housewife who is also set to depart before the cameras start rolling for the upcoming season. In a statement made while co-hosting ‘Way Up With Angela Yee,’ Jasmine Brand revealed, “The production is shaking things up with the cast. I heard that they’re taking away three people from the show. Allegedly Robyn Dixon is being put on hiatus, there’s Candiace, and there’s another person that won’t return.”
As we previously reported, Candiace announced the news of her departure this Monday. She said in a statement to PEOPLE:
“As I embark on a new chapter after six remarkable years with The Real Housewives of Potomac, I am filled with gratitude for the enriching friendships, personal growth, and moments of introspection that have defined this journey. With a whirlwind of new opportunities and responsibilities on my plate, I have decided to take a break from RHOP.” Dillard Bassett went on to assure fans that this is not a permanent goodbye. “This is not a farewell, but a ‘see you later.’ “
With Robyn and Candiace potentially stepping away from the show, the remaining cast members of ‘The Real Housewives of Potomac’ would include Karen Huger, Gizelle Bryant, Mia Thornton, Nneka Ihim, Ashley Darby, and Dr. Wendy Osefo.
