Ariana Madix just dropped $1.6 million on a stunning mid-century modern home in Los Angeles.
After sharing her $2 million home in The Valley with ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval, 41, for several months following his affair with Rachel “Raquel” Leviss, 29, the Vanderpump Rules star, 38, appears to be ready to move on from the residence as she puts down new roots in the Hollywood Hills.
“Ariana has fallen in love with this home and is excited for a new chapter,” an insider told Page Six on March 24.
Ariana’s new residence boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was built in 1962 but renovated before she bought it on March 19.
The home, which is located in Outpost Estates, went on the market in January and received multiple offers before Ariana ultimately secured the sale.
Its main level features an open floor plan with a living room and dining room that connect to a kitchen, which has been outfitted with stainless steel appliances and stylish brass hardware.
The living room has a large window, letting in plenty of light.
The kitchen has a neutral palette with light wood and whites throughout.
On the second level is a large master suite with a modern bathroom, a sitting area, and stunning views of the surrounding hills, including the Hollywood sign.
Recessed lighting and windows keep the primary bedroom bright.
A simple black and white theme is present in the bathroom.
There’s also a guest bedroom and another bathroom.
The guest bathroom features a stunning tile shower.
Ariana will even have a space to get work done.
A nice-sized office has plenty of room for a desk and additional seating.
The house also has a private backyard that is perfect for entertaining and boasts a seating area and meditation deck.
A patio is seen off the primary bedroom.
There’s also access to the outdoors from the dining room on the main level, which opens up to space for more seating.
As Ariana settles into her new place, she and Sandoval remain at a stalemate over what to do with the Valley Village home they bought back in 2019.
As Pump Rules fans may have heard, Sandoval attempted to buy Ariana out of the property, but she refused, instead filing a lawsuit against him that she hoped would force them to sell the home and split the proceeds. He then clapped back at her court documents with his own, rejecting her request.
A judge has not yet ruled on the case.
Vanderpump Rules season 11 airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
