Whew! Simon Guobadia has finally responded in court to Porsha Williams‘ divorce petition. And he’s painting his estranged wife as “erratic.” He claims her behavior has escalated to allegedly bringing an “armed gunman” to their former home on two separate occasions.
What Simon Guobadia’s Filing Says About Porsha
According to Page Six, Simon is claiming Porsha “abandoned” their shared marital home. After her departure, the entrepreneur claims she eventually returned but didn’t come alone. Apparently, she was accompanied by “a man visibly bearing a gun for reasons unknown” to Simon. He’s alleging she brought the man twice.
During one of those instances on March 21, Guobadia claims he had to call the cops to “maintain the peace.” But what exactly was disturbing the peace remains unclear. Additionally, Page Six is still awaiting confirmation from police officials about these claims.
In addition to the “armed man” pop-ups, Simon says Porsha has been harassing him via phone and directing “third parties” to do the same.
“Since the filing of the instant divorce, Wife’s actions have been erratic, unstable, threatening, and harassing to … the house staff, and the minor children,” Page Six reports, quoting Simons’ court filing.
Her alleged behavior reportedly has Simon Guobadia expressing “safety concerns,” particularly for his “minor children” who live at their marital residence.
Ultimately, the entrepreneur is asking a judge to issue a restraining order against Porsha, per Page Six. Reps for Porsha have not returned the outlet’s request for comment. She also hasn’t addressed the claims on her public social platforms.
Simon Claims Williams’ Mother Broke Into Their Marital Home
But Porsha Williams isn’t the only one on the hook in Simon’s filing. The court documents reportedly mention Porsha’s mother and the mother’s boyfriend. Simon alleges that “on or about March 24” — days after one alleged incident with the “armed man” — Porsha’s mother and BF broke into their marital home.
He called their actions “forcible entry.” After entering the residence, the pair allegedly tampered with the security camera and “tampered with items and evidence.”
The filing is shocking, given that Porsha Williams updated their divorce petition earlier this month. She asked the judge to prohibit her estranged hubby from damaging or altering his financial records.
Prior to Simon’s filing becoming public, he slammed her emotional state online while also popping out with at least two lady friends, including a yachting outing with a fitness influencer.
