It seems things aren’t getting better for Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams and her estranged husband Simon Guobadia. Recently, he alleged that she sent a gunman to their home. Now, Porsha is saying he changed their locks and even fled the country. She’s now asking a judge to give her access to their Atlanta home.
Porsha filed for divorce from Simon in February of this year. Since then, the two have been embroiled in drama. Simon has even been seen out with multiple women since the filing.
According to Radar Online, Porsha is demanding that a judge give her access to her home with Simon, as he has had the locks changed. She is requesting an emergency hearing to solve the matter.
The court documents say that Simon, who allegedly fled to Dubai, changed the locks and access to the garage “multiple times to thwart Wife’s attempts to access her home, seemingly to be vindictive and retaliatory for wanting to divorce him.”
Simon seems to have made reference to the allegation he left the country in his Instagram Stories.

According to Porsha, they lived in the home before they were married, and they signed a prenup, which required that Simon move out of the house within 30 days of the divorce filing. This means he should have moved out by March 22 since Porsha filed on February 22, 2024.
That part of the prenup reads:
Upon an Event of Dissolution, PORSHA shall have the right to remain in and occupy the Marital Residence (including up to the date the Marital Residence is sold, if the Marital Residence is sold). Upon the Event of Dissolution, SIMON shall physically vacate (i.e., cease living in) the Marital Residence within thirty (30) days. Provided, however, SIMON shall be permitted to leave his personal property (e.g., vehicles) in the Marital Residence for a period of up to six (6) months from the Event of Dissolution.
Simon has yet to officially respond to this motion filed by Porsha and her legal team.
