It’s safe to say that Sutton Stracke and her esophagus won’t miss Annemarie Wiley on the next season of RHOBH following her recent exit from the series.
The RHOBH star appeared on Jeff Lewis Live this week, commenting on Annemarie Wiley’s firing from the show ahead of season 14.
Last week, Annemarie Wiley announced that she was not asked back for season 14 of RHOBH.
The controversial RHOBH newbie shared the news on Instagram, writing:
“I just got word today that I will not be returning to “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”
To say that I’m disappointed is an understatement.
I never auditioned for this show. The show found me and asked me to be on it out of the blue 6 weeks after the cast had already started filming. I was thrown into filming 2 weeks later, mid-season. I was very excited about the opportunity, and I thought following exactly what I was instructed to do throughout filming last season was the way the “game was played.” Listening to what I was instructed to do was my rookie mistake. What I am disappointed about is that the fans never got to see the real me or even a glimpse of my unique life story… Contrary to what was shown on TV, I am not obsessed with the esophagus! LOL
What I am is a woman, a proud black woman, who is truly blessed with a wonderful, strong black man as my husband, who lifts me and our four wonderful children up with so much love and positivity on a daily. It was an important mission of mine for the next season to show a solid black family unit and that “true black love” exists, even in Beverly Hills… my struggle with losing my mother to lung cancer within weeks of taping and my struggle with adoption trauma and what was going to be, and still will be, a new life journey for me to find my biological parents.
All of which was taped, but never shown last season…among other things.”
When asked about Annemarie’s departure from RHOBH, Sutton told Jeff Lewis, “I’ll say my esophagus is very happy, and who? Who did that? Who said who? No. You know what, I gotta say I feel a little bad for her. I think…”
“I don’t want to pick on her. She’s had people pick on her,” Sutton said in an attempt to be diplomatic.
However, she couldn’t hold back and finally blurted out her true feelings.
“I really don’t give a shit,” Sutton said referring to Annemarie’s firing before adding, “I hope she has a nice spring break and Happy Easter.”
Speaking of Annemarie’s exit, RHOBH OG Kyle Richards addressed the news during a recent Amazon Live.
“I always feel bad when somebody comes in and doesn’t have a great experience on the show,” Kyle said.
She continued, “She didn’t get to show all aspects of her life in one season, so it’s hard. I feel bad. She’s great, and she has a great family. It is what it is. She has a beautiful family. She will be fine.”
Meanwhile, it’s unclear which RHOBH stars will return for season 14 or if any newbies will join the cast.
Sources tell RadarOnline.com that “Kyle Richards, Erika Jayne, Dorit Kemsley, Garcelle Beauvais, Sutton Stracke, and Crystal Minkoff have not been informed about any possible cast shakeups despite filming presumably being picked back up next month.”
Another insider close to production reveals that “casting conversations are ongoing, and final decisions have not been made.”
While no newbies have been confirmed yet, rumors are swirling that RHOBH alum Eileen Davidson’s name is being tossed around as a possible casting choice. It also predicted that Kathy Hilton will rejoin the season 14 cast as a friend of the Housewives. Filming for season 14 is set to commence in late April.
