Lala Kent joined the long list of Vanderpump Rules castmates who are settling in San Fernando Valley with her purchase of a $3 million mansion.
Real estate records show she bought the house for $3.1 million last month. The 5,100-square-foot gated estate has five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
According to TMZ, her living room contains skylights and double-height ceilings, and the home showcases an indoor, outdoor style. The gourmet kitchen features high-end appliances and a large island with lots of seating.
Lala also now has a wine room, a huge backyard, a pool/spa, a fire pit, a sports court, and an outdoor kitchen.
The backyard, which is surrounded by privacy hedges, was designed with entertaining in mind.
Lala’s gated estate also boasts a large lot and a 1,006-square-foot guest house according to the listing.
Additionally, the stunning house offers vaulted ceilings with a cozy fireplace, a luxurious primary suite with a walk-in closet, and a lavish bathroom with a soaking tub, a large shower, and a double vanity.
Upstairs in this home, there’s a generously sized bedroom, full bathroom, and spacious loft area with an attached bonus room. The house has a ton of nice amenities, including a laundry room, wine room, security system, high ceilings, and a two-car garage.
