In an IG share marking her little one’s birthday last weekend, Kaley wrote: “Matilda you are 1! Best year of our lives .. you are a gift from above and have brought the deepest perfect joy to our entire family!”

Impressive Workout Body After Baby
Kaley has snapped back into shape since welcoming Matilda and regularly trains with trainer Ryan Sorensen. In August 2023, Ryan shared this video of Kaley working on her cardio and resistance in tight leggings, and little Matilda even joined in!
“No excuses, always find a way to get it done. If you have a goal your striving for get the job done. Make the sacrifices, hold yourself accountable, be disciplined and most importantly have fun with it. The result will come!
