Prince Harry & Meghan Markle Allegedly ‘Aware Money Is Disappearing Fast’

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, are reportedly very conscious of their alleged dwindling finances amid their lavish lifestyle.

According to a royal expert, although Harry and Meghan have enough money to sustain their lifestyle “for now,” the duchess’ brand launch suggests they know that their “money is disappearing fast.”

Meghan recently made notable appearances alongside Harry, dazzling in designer ensembles. She wore an expensive Carolina Herrera cape at an art event and an Oscar de la Renta dress during a children’s hospital visit.

During a chat with The Mirror, royal expert and author Tom Quinn claimed that launching Meghan’s lifestyle brand, American Orchard Riviera, is a sign that the royal couple knows how quickly their finances are depleting.

Quinn said, “Harry and Megan certainly have enough money for now to carry on with their Royal lifestyle in America, but the launch of the new brand suggests that they are aware that the money is disappearing fast.”

The expert further alleged that Meghan is determined to live by the standards set by her “mega-rich” Montecito neighbors and that being unable to do this scares the couple.

“They live among mega-rich celebrities in Montecito, and Meghan is determined to live as they live,” Quinn alleged. “The idea they might have to make choices about what they can and cannot afford fills the couple with horror. This is why whatever happens to Kate and King Charles, the new brand will not be neglected.”

He noted that Meghan will be more subdued about how she promotes her lifestyle brand due to Kate Middleton and King Charles’ health challenges, but that she will not neglect it no matter what.

“Meghan will be trying to find a way to continue with her new brand, but in a less full-on manner than she might’ve attempted had Kate not announced her illness – we will see less of Harry too as the brand launches because he is a reminder that all is not well in the couple’s relationship with Kate and King Charles at such a difficult time,” the royal expert concluded.

Meghan turned heads with her spring style at a recent art event with her husband.

Donning a $3,790 Carolina Herrera cape, intricately embroidered with florals, the Duchess of Sussex effortlessly exuded elegance as she unbuttoned the tiered black outerwear during the outing at SoFi Stadium, revealing a chic black top and pants. She completed her look with sleek black flats and cascading locks framing her face.

Alongside her, Prince Harry donned a classic black suit as they helped to showcase the Kinsey African American Art & History Collection, “one of the most extensive holdings of African American art, artifacts, and documents,” per Page Six.

Among the attendees, Markle’s mother, Doria Ragland, also made a stylish appearance, posing for photos alongside Tina Knowles, the mother of Beyoncé.

On March 21, Meghan made a surprise appearance at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, bringing joy to young patients to support the Make March Matter campaign.

The duchess exuded elegance in an Oscar de la Renta silk-chiffon Landscape shirtdress. She paired the stylish ensemble with sleek black flats by Aquazurra and accessorized with Cartier’s Gold Tank Française Watch and Ariel Gordon’s diamond hex Tennis bracelet.

Engaging in a Literally Healing session, the mom of two captivated the children with animated readings, bringing stories like “Rosie the Riveter” and “Pete the Cat” to life.

Meghan also participated in STEAM activities related to each story and interacted with a young girl, telling her how “neat” an instant camera image was.

Unfortunately, during her visit to the children’s hospital, Meghan encountered a minor wardrobe mishap: her dress ripped with a hole on the left side of her waist.

According to the Daily Express, the wardrobe malfunction caught the attention of royal fans, with one observer commenting: “I am not a fan of M’s behavior, but I think it is more a zipper problem than a hole. Maybe she did not notice it was not zipped all the way up, or it rolled down because it was too tight.”

Another added: “Nooooo, did she not check it before she put it on? A quick stitch would [have] fixed that.” A third person said, “Seriously?! Wow, embarrassing.”

However, rather than dwelling on the mishap, one admirer praised her choice of attire, commenting: “I like that she’s bringing the long flowing skirts back just in time for summer. I have a skirt or something like that.”

Meghan first showed off her storytelling talents in May 2020 to commemorate Archie’s first birthday. To celebrate the one-year milestone, the proud mom shared a heartwarming video in which she read “Duck! Rabbit!” alongside her son.

In an interview, Meghan revealed that her children’s book, “The Bench,” was inspired by the bond between Archie and his father, Prince Harry.

“The Bench started as a poem I wrote for my husband on Father’s Day, the month after Archie was born,” she said at the time. “That poem became this story.”

The duchess dedicated the book to Harry and Archie: “For the man and the boy who make my heart go pump-pump.”
