Noah Cyrus Tagged ‘Messy’ For Liking Liam Hemsworth’s IG Thirst Trap

Famous singer Miley Cyrus’ sister, Noah Cyrus, has sparked speculation about more family drama after liking her ex-brother-in-law Liam Hemsworth’s gym selfie.

It comes after reports of Noah’s alleged relationship with her mother, Tish Cyrus’ current husband, Dominic Purcell, surfaced.

Noah Cyrus recently liked her former brother-in-law, Liam Hemsworth’s Instagram thirst trap, where he shared a gym selfie showcasing his toned muscles in a tank top and Adidas sweats.

Captioned “#Legday,” Hemsworth thanked his fans for the positive response to his recent project, “Land of Bad,” writing: “A massive thank you to everyone that has watched ‘Land of Bad!’ The feedback has been awesome. Extremely grateful for all the love and support!”

However, some social media users speculated on the dynamics within the Cyrus family, with one comment suggesting that Noah’s interaction with Hemsworth’s post could be interpreted as “messy.”

Another fan hinted at the complexity of the family drama, commenting, “That’s because Miley is her op right now. [I know] so much inside tea on that family…”

“Guess after her mom took her sugar daddy she’s going for Liam,” a third user chimed in. A fourth person called it a gotcha moment, writing: “Didn’t [their] mom marry Noah Cyrus’s ex? I feel like this is  a jab at ‘how does it feel’ rather than being actually sneaky.”

The perceived jab at her sister comes amid swirling rumors of tension within the Cyrus family following reports of a romantic entanglement involving Tish Cyrus, the mother of the singers, and her now-husband Dominic Purcell, who was allegedly once romantically involved with Noah.

According to US Weekly, Noah and Purcell had a casual relationship for several months before Tish came into the picture. An insider confirmed to People Magazine that “Noah and Dominic were seeing each other in a friends-with-benefits way, off and on. They stopped seeing each other, and then Tish started something up.”

As news of the relationship between the “Prison Break” star and Noah surfaced, insiders disclosed to various outlets that Miley Cyrus “had no idea about the drama.”

A source revealed that “[Miley] confronted her mom about it,” but despite finding the situation unusual, “she loves her mom and wants her to be happy.”

The couple have reportedly embarked on therapy sessions to “work on their communication,” as the ordeal “pushed them away from one another [and it’s] going to take time to heal.”

During a recent appearance on her daughter Brandi Cyrus’ podcast “Sorry We’re Stoned,” Tish hinted at challenges within her relationship with Purcell.

Reflecting on their initial meeting, the mom of five admitted feeling “so scared” due to their astrological incompatibility.

As a Taurus, she described herself as “easily offended” and prone to taking “things personally,” while Purcell, an Aquarius, is characterized as “blunt and “not emotional.”

Recognizing potential friction, Tish acknowledged their differing communication styles but emphasized her commitment to growth and understanding, noting: “I just feel like instead now of me getting so offended, because I respect and love him, that we have conversations.”

She added, “And instead [of] getting so upset and heated about it, and me not taking it personally, just letting him have an opinion. I’ve never been good at that. These are definitely issues. But issues also, because I love him, that I’m dealing with.”

Tish and Purcell first went public with their relationship in November 2022, which later culminated in their marriage nine months afterward when they tied the knot in Miley’s home in Malibu.

However, signs of family tension surfaced when Noah and her older brother Braison notably skipped their mother’s wedding festivities. Instead, they had a casual outing to Walmart, which was documented on their Instagram Stories.

Later, reports emerged suggesting Noah was not welcome at the ceremony, with allegations of security measures in place to prevent her attendance.

A source who spoke to Entertainment Tonight said, “Tish didn’t invite Noah to her wedding because she thought it would cause a scene and drama.”

The insider further suggested that Tish took proactive steps to ensure a drama-free event, as she “blocked them [Noah and Braison]” and “requested security at her wedding” to keep them “out.”

According to insiders, “Noah and Tish haven’t spoken since the whole thing happened with Dominic.”

“The turmoil between Noah and Tish goes far beyond [what people think]. Noah is very distraught over Tish stealing Dominic from her,” the insider added.

However, conflicting reports emerged, with a family insider claiming at the time that Noah “fabricated details” of her relationship with Purcell.

“Noah never dated Dominic, and they were not together,” the source said. “She is delusional to think otherwise and is trying to create a narrative that will paint her as a victim.”

Another source, speaking to the Daily Mail, branded the notion that Tish would pursue someone romantically who had been involved with her daughter as “ludicrous.”
