Chile! Not even 24 hours after J. Cole made his peace with Kendrick Lamar, another beef between hip hop entertainers is brewing. On Monday (April 8), Meek Mill put those Twitter (now X) fingers to work after peeping a photo of Wale posing with his former friend.
“Wale never liked me…now ima treat him like the streets everytime I see him…I gave him 1000 chances these guys be thinking they linking with the enemy clown a** n***a I wish I woulda knew the other day I woulda stretched you,” Meek wrote.
Mill admitted in January that he holds no grudges against Wale despite their arguments in the mid-2000s. But it’s unclear what the tension is with the man in the photo featuring Wale. The picture shows the singer and Meek’s “enemy” sitting next to each other in a club-like setting.
Here’s What Else The Rapper Said
In other posts on Monday, Meek claimed Wale recently interacted with his son at a wrestling match and then intentionally linked with “bum opps in Philly.”
One post shows the ‘Dreams and Nightmares’ rapper threatening to make Wale’s hometown turn against him.
“They like b*****s after you cut em off…now ima come to dc and take over the streets and power some n****s that hate him but nobody hates him he’s depressed and sick also he been that way.”
Meek also highlighted that “they,” presumably the man in the photo, is “tryna destroy what [he] built for [his] family.” So, in his eyes, it’s “nothing less [than] war for anything against” him.”

Wale Reacts To Meek Blasting Him Over Photo
In another post, Meek Mill seemingly suggested Wale has “secretly jealous vibes.” He accused the singer of trying to link with him and his haters “intentionally.”
Amid the rapper’s rant of over 20 posts, Wale stepped on the X scene.
“When u get in other people unserious drama in this industry 90pct of the time, they be back friends…eventually…and then u look silly…in the end…so I love minding my business. If a photo can create such vitriol, one has to ask himself some questions. Happy Monday,” Wale wrote.
Meek responded to Wale’s post with a link to a December 2023 interview between DJ Akademiks and Ant Glizzy. In the clip, Ant alleged that Wale once tried to set up Meek.
Ultimately, Mill seemingly warned the singer that he would be “on him” if he found out the allegations were true.
If I call Glizzy and he say yeah that’s a different level of danger I have to access with you … I just didn’t ask because I’m more developed and I know you a hoe! But believe I find out any of this true I’m on you!

In additional posts, he spoke on an alleged incident of Wale getting beat on his birthday and him jumping in to help. He also, again, denied being involved in any sexual assault allegations against Diddy.

Elsewhere on his timeline, Meek also criticized people bashing J.Cole for seemingly apologizing to Kendrick for his ‘7 Minute Drill’ song. During his Dreamville Fest performance, Cole admitted feeling unsettled about the diss and uplifted Lamar’s music.
Here’s what Meek had to say about the viral moment:
I rather Cole and Kendrick do the historic album throw shots on the same album and eat off it … it’s only words! They smart it won’t be violent … why everybody pushing beef but when you on that they say you crazy “ the burning house”
