After three years, Billie Eilish has announced her new album, HIT ME HARD AND SOFT, is on the way, arriving May 17 via Darkroom/Interscope Records.
HIT ME HARD AND SOFT follows 2021’s Happier Than Ever and 2019’s When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? It was written by Eilish and her brother/longtime collaborator FINNEAS, who also produced the LP, and is meant to be listened to in its entirety, according to a press release. The concept of isolation and immersion is bolstered by its sleek album artwork, which features Eilish floating underwater underneath a white door.
