Critters was directed by Stephen Herek in his directorial debut. The movie blends elements of comedy, horror, and science fiction, revolving around a group of small, furry, and vicious alien creatures known as “Crites” that escape from an asteroid prison and land on a small farm town in Kansas.
Pursued by two shape-shifting bounty hunters from space, the Crites begin terrorizing the local residents, especially focusing on the Brown family’s farm.
The family, along with the bounty hunters, must fight back against the alien menace. This movie is pretty bonkers and if you’ve seen it, it’s got some memorable moments.
