After releasing “Push Ups” Drake has grown impatient for a response and started trolling Metro Boomin on the internet and in real life.
Over the weekend Drake finally released his response to Metro Boomin and Future’s We Don’t Trust You and We Still Don’t Trust You. On “Push Ups” Drake addresses everyone who joined Metro and Future to slander his name and paint himself the victim. Now that he’s responded the Canadian has begun trolling everyone awaiting a response.
According to Complex, Drake not only trolled the producer Metro Boomin on Instagram but also in his city.
Drake posted a deepfake video of Metro Boomin as Nick Cannon from the movie Drumline. This is a call back to his bars directed at Metro on “Push Ups”.
“Metro, shut your ho-a** up and make some drums, n***a”- Drake raps on “Push Ups”.
Metro didn’t react to Drake’s trolling Instagram stories but did popup at Coachella to perform “Like That” with Nav. Of course, Drake wasn’t going to be outdone and hired a drumline to perform outside Atlanta’s premier strip club Magic City.
The Canadian continued to feel himself as hours passed and no one responded to his diss record. However, fans have noticed he is picking on Metro but has yet to address Future. When the 6GOD woke up this morning he continued to poke fun at Metro. Drizzy posted a Spanish remix of “Metro shut yo hoe a** up” complete with a couple of hombres dancing.
Hopefully, someone responds to Drake soon so we can move past memes and back to the music. Kendrick, where are you at?
