Demi Rose delivered a little something extra as she shared a stunning bikini snap now kept alive by a fan account on Instagram. Sizzling from a sun-drenched balcony as she bronzed her curvaceous figure in a too-tiny swimsuit, the 29-year-old model struck a sensual pose as she showed off her famous silhouette, but with her stringy briefs basically falling apart, fans were getting an extra cheeky view. Retaining the signature class documented in so many of The Blast photos, Demi pulled off sunkissed glam while going sexy, and fans loved it. Rose is followed by over 19 million on her IG.

Fans also saw Demi with slightly highlighted hair, switching things up from her usual raven-colored locks. Demi kept it sporty and skimpy for this shoot as she stripped down to a cute white bikini for a tennis session that likely made her fans sweat. She even rocked shades and fun pigtails. “I have a Nike trainer and I train with him in Birmingham. We do lots of glutes work and abs work, 30 mins each. It’s hard work, and I eat quite healthy too. He trains a lot of footballers and has worked with Anthony Joshua,” the bombshell has stated.

Of her diet, The Blast favorite revealed: “I don’t really have much carbs, basically nuts, nuts, nuts. For breakfast it’s usually eggs, lunch it has to be something light like a chicken or prawn salad with a superfood.” Meanwhile, a dinner for Demi can be “protein, like fish with vegetables or sushi. Then more nuts. My guilty pleasure is chocolate nuts or salted nuts!”
